The key to detoxing the right way is nourishing to keep the liver happy, kidney filtration

Because when filtration is not working – we swell up, we balloon up, we hold toxins and we get bags under the eyes and get insomnia, terrible or “shitty” sleep to name a few.

1 beet
1 cucumber
4 celery stalks
parsley
ginger
then add 4 ounces of coconut water.

Below is a smoothie bowl you can use to start your off

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup coconut milk or dairy-free milk
1 large handful of spinach
1/2 green apple
1 teaspoon almond butter
1 teaspoon flax meal
4 drops of stevia to sweeten


Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender and then top with chia seeds, shredded coconut, berries, and some G-Free Granola.
