The Story of Your Life

You’re the main star in the story of your life, and you’re also the narrator. Your script is made up of many different parts that change over time based on your experience and perceptions, but the meaning of your experience can also vary depending on the way you think about it. Throughout our lives, we tell ourselves stories about the past, the present, and the future. These stories shape the narratives of who we are and how we deal with experiences as they come – they can also saddle us with resentment, self-pity, prejudice, and anxiety. These stories we carry with us throughout our lives are often unconscious and tucked away deep into our psyche. The thing is, these stories are all created entirely from our own imagination! We are responsible for creating and narrating the story of our lives, which means that changing the way you perceive things is entirely within your capability. Join me for my upcoming self-empowerment and soul-care home-based retreat, Rewriting Your Story, on Saturday, February 10th at 2pm am AST, and take the first step in refreshing your narrative and adding a more positive spin.

Stop The Negativity

Most people don’t realize when we’re carrying negative stories around, and it’s even less apparent that those stories affect the way we see the world. Usually, these stories manifest as feelings of unease, sadness, anxiety, regret, or resentment, which pollute our being and can keep us from feeling joy and peace in our lives. During this event, it’s my goal to help you gain a new perspective so that you can start addressing these thoughts and shift into a more positive pattern of thinking. Together we’ll be exploring topics such as:

The difference between shame and guilt

The understanding that you have a relationship with your life

Emotional triggers

Ways to interrupt the negative thought process.

How to say who you are and speak your truth in confidence to help the people you are called to?


Creating your unique sacred space and wellness-centered home

Recipes and practical demonstration of clean healthy, tasty foods​

I’m a firm believer that sometimes all you need is a different perspective to change your whole world – and I want to prove that to you.

The Choice Is Up to You

The emotions you feel are determined by the things you’re focusing on. If you’re focusing on the negative in your past, present, and future, everything will seem bad, and vice versa. Directing your focus to the good and living in the present is possible for everyone! Luckily, telling your story is something to do every day – in the way you speak to yourself, make decisions, and interpret events as they unfold around you. These conversations you have in your mind can shift from negative to positive, based on the way you frame them. Join me, and I’ll walk you through the process of feeling better about yourself and your life.​
